hi my name is chris and i'm 15. i learned a lot about hypnosis and i decided to put that to practice, i hypnotised my brother (12 years old) a few times but whithout any specific outcome (just for entertainment, and practice). but the real success what with my cousin (13 years old): i used the non-awarness set which is a technique that milton erickson used without teaching it and two of his students picked it up unconciously but weren't able to teach it. master hypnotist igor ledochowski discovered how they were using it and started to teach it as the non-awarness set, how to toy with your client's perceptions so they forget how to resist you. so my cousin found her arm stuck to the table and her fingers lifting without her conscious effort and was very surprised.
then i went for the handshake induction and after deepening i created anaesthesia in the jaw then in the arm.
if i had more time i would have let her distort time when she wants.
but i consider this a success! and thanks for reading
and i have hypnotised my brother yesterday, did eyelid catalepsy and hand sticking, then i gave him a future memory to play tennis better and motivate him to study. i also tried and tested my theory about controlled time distortion(i will make a post about it and teach it) it kinda worked: after hypnosis it worked with time speeding up but not the same success with time slowing down. i'm also working on creating one for temperature control.
I have done many online sessions (in Spanish) and have got about twice the success than doing it personally. Strangers found in a chat room do not know me, so they really believe I am an expert and that helps. Now I have the caution to ask the subject about any danger in his home (burning candles unattended, cookers on etc) to prevent any accident in case the connection fails and they remain asleep for an unespected long time. Furthermore, telling them to remove any potential harm for the eventuality of going too deep, also increases their belief in the power of hypnosis.
